After purchasing your LVM Token via Metamask, If you’ve already added the LVM contract address under “Import Tokens” in MetaMask but you still don’t see your balance, here are the usual things to double-check:
1. Make sure you’re on Ethereum Mainnet

Tokens only show up on the same network they live on. In MetaMask’s network selector, switch to “Ethereum Mainnet.”
2. Import the token with the exact parameters:

Go to Assets → Import tokens → Custom Token

Decimals of Precision: 18

Click Add Custom Token, then Import Tokens.

HOW TO SETUP METAMASK (TEXT)
1. Download Metamask APP for mobile or on the Web.
2. Please make sure you have 1 verification documents before you proceed of the following:

3. Fill out your details including name, DOB, contact details
4. Metamask requires a bank account for transaction purposes for example purchasing Bitcoin or Ethereum. Verified and official transaction fees goes through BANXA (Most trusted financial fiat brokerage provider for transacting ETH) and other 3rd party providers.
5. You will be asked to take a photo of the front and back of your verification document as well as a front photo of yourself. This process is best practice on your phone.
6. Once you have made your password, you will be guided to your secret recovery phrase which is made up of 12 unique words IMPORTANT do not share with anyone or save this in your browser or devices. This phrase is best written and stored in a secure location.
7. Congratulations, you have successfully downloaded and secured your METAMASK wallet for storing your favourite Crypto.
