• Physical Address Requirement: For all purchases we require a physical address for delivery and do not deliver to post office boxes. This ensures the security of your valuable gemstones during transit.

• Optional Insurance: We offer optional insurance for your purchase at checkout. The insurance coverage is set at 40% of the item's value. We highly recommend considering this insurance option to safeguard your investment.

• Personal High-Value Item Logistics: For items valued over AUD $50,000, we provide the option for buyers to arrange personal high-value item logistics. To utilize this service, please contact us directly prior to making your purchase. This process will require you to provide a copy of your identification (e.g., passport) and sign a document for private expedited service.

60-Day Return Period

At LuminVault, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality gemstones. We understand that, on rare occasions, you may wish to return your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 60-day return period from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may return your gemstone(s) for a refund under the following conditions:

• Tracking and Verification: To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support team within the 60-day return period. You will be required to provide your order information, including the order number and the date of purchase, along with a copy of your identification (e.g., passport, driver's license) to verify authenticity.

• Condition: The gemstone(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. We recommend returning the gemstone(s) in their original packaging to ensure their safe arrival. please ready our Refund Policy for more information about condition and valuation of returns.

• Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. We do not reimburse shipping expenses.
