• Personal High-Value Item Logistics: For items valued over AUD $50,000, we provide the option for buyers to arrange personal high-value item logistics. This process will require you to provide a copy of your identification (e.g., passport) and sign a document for private expedited service.

60-Day Return Period

At LuminVault, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality gemstones. We understand that, on rare occasions, you may wish to return your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 60-day return period from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may return your gemstone(s) for a refund under the following conditions:
